In the first phase their latent skills of communication, leadership, and team spirit are inculcated and honed through our very unique student development programme in the first and second semester. As soon as they reach in their final year their skills to meet, match and conquer the corporate world are developed through special sessions of group and individual interactions with the faculty and experts in this specialized field.

The career paths are formulated depending upon individual capabilities and attitude and are further nurtured to create an individual who will succeed in life in face of all adversities.
