After liberalization India has witnessed sea changes in our social and economic setup– the emergence of buyers market, the ever increasing competition, the transparency in business are some direct outcomes of liberalization, with these developments coupled with population explosion, increasing literacy rate, increasing unemployment of the literates it is difficult to comment whether these developments are a boon or a bane to us. |

Hence in today’s competitive job market students can no longer expect to fall into a job when they complete their education. With so many candidates available employers can pick and choose suitable candidates. In these difficult times (I would better call it Competitive time) you need to find out what employers are looking for, so that you can prepare yourself in these two years.
